This is not a drawing and painting class. This is an art and technique class. Only fabric and your machine will be used. We will create the portrait by using tiny pieces of fabric. I'll help you to “build” the face and you won't believe how easy it is! Even a beginner can do it with the method I have developed! All the pieces will be stitched down by means of the raw appliqué method. You will also be taught how to choose the right fabric and colour to achieve your goal. Information on how to incorporate a traditional background will also be given.
